Ansiedade e performance musical: uma revisão sistemática da pesquisa sobre epidemiologia e questionários/escalas

Resumo


A Ansiedade na Performance Musical é definida como “a experiência de
persistência, apreensão angustiante e/ou prejuízo real de habilidades de desempenho num
contexto público, a um grau injustificado dado a aptidão musical individual, treinamento e
nível de preparação do performer” (Salmon 1990). A partir de um ponto máximo de
adaptação, a ansiedade, ao invés de contribuir, poderá resultar na diminuição da capacidade
adaptativa, tornando-se uma ameaça à qualidade de uma performance musical. Este
trabalho propôs-se realizar uma revisão da bibliografia existente sobre os questionários
desenvolvidos para diagnóstico da ansiedade na performance musical e sobre sua
epidemiologia. Foi aplicado o protocolo PRISMA (Moher et al. 2009) numa busca com
palavras-chave em seis bases de dados. Os 26 artigos resultantes da aplicação dos critérios
de seleção foram divididos em 6 categorias: (1) APM em crianças e adolescentes; (2)
Epidemiologia da APM; (3) APM e validação de questionários; (4) APM em
instrumentistas/cantores; (5) APM e gênero musical; (6) APM em orquestras/coros.
