Ecos épicos en el drama satírico de Esquilo y Sófocles de temática pastoril

Resumo


O espaço e as personagens pastoris do único drama satírico integralmente
conservado, o Ciclope de Eurípides, têm sido objeto de estudo em relação com o seu
hipotexto homérico, ainda que esta linha de investigação não se tenha aplicado aos
dramas satíricos em estado fragmentário. Este estudo pretende demonstrar que os
elementos pastoris presentes nos dramas satíricos de Ésquilo e de Sófocles bebem de
uma tradição literária em que a caraterização do pastor e da paisagem pastoril remonta à
épica, sobretudo, homérica.
